"Run, Baby, Run" I ride my bike about 10 miles a day on trails that follow a creek. Killdeer are a common sight, and I am accustomed to their diversionary tactics of landing just ahead of me on the trail. One day, I was cruising along, deep in thought, and suddenly I realized that the killdeer in front of me was NOT flying away, and it was also very tiny. I braked just in time to avoid the discombobulated baby. 8"x8" Acrylic on canvas. Sides are painted periwinkle. Ready to hang. $75 Free Shipping to US lower 48 states.
